CTA 2022 Conference Announcement
The Colorado Translators Association Board of Directors is delighted to announce our 10th Annual CTA Conference, to be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022.
Our call for proposals is currently open, and we will be accepting proposals through January 28, 2022. If you have a topic you would like to submit for consideration as a presenter, fill out the conference proposal submission form as soon as possible. Preference will be given to language-neutral presentations or language-specific presentations that are adapted to have a broader appeal to a general audience, as well as topics of general business interest. Preferred consideration will be given to proposals that were previously selected for our 2020 conference, which was canceled due to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Conference Venue: Due to new health and safety restrictions, our traditional venue at the NCAR Research Laboratory in Boulder, CO is not available. The CTA Board is currently working to select a venue in the greater Denver area for the educational and networking sessions of the conference. At this point in time, we do not anticipate having a virtual attendance option at this conference, however a final determination in this regard will be made in early 2022. All presenters should plan to conduct their presentations in-person at the conference venue in the greater Denver, CO area.
Registration for the conference will open in mid-March. Check back here for updates, or email the CTA Conference Organizer if you have specific questions.
