CTA will be hosting an ATA certification exam sitting on Saturday, July 17, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Aurora/Denver (Woolley’s Classic Suites, at the interchange of I-70 and Peña Blvd.).
There are 15 total seats for candidates, and we will ensure that candidates are spread out in order to respect social distancing & indoor safety guidelines. This exam sitting will likely sell out with local as well as out-of-town candidates, so if you are interested in taking the exam, please consider signing up early.
The requirements for taking the exam are available on the ATA website. You can go to the registration page for this exam sitting by clicking here. Advance registration is required, and registration closes when the exam reaches capacity or 3 weeks prior to the exam date, whichever comes first.
This will be a computerized exam sitting, and Internet access will be available. If you prefer, you are welcome to hand write the exam. This is an open-book exam, and you may bring any printed materials for use during the exam. The ATA website has a list of allowed and prohibited websites. Be sure to familiarize yourself with this list of computer/Internet-related exam procedures and the grading guidelines and any applicable language-specific guidelines in advance of the exam sitting
